Freelance E-commerce Retoucher (London)

Main Duties:

• Retouching & Editing: Perform advanced retouching on a high volume of images, ensuring all images meet each client’s specific requirements.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with creative and production teams to ensure imagery aligns with client briefs.

• Quality Assurance: Accurately follow detailed retouching briefs and maintain Spring Studios’ high retouching standards.

• Client Interaction: Communicate daily with clients to clarify and complete ad-hoc requests.

• Target Achievement: Exceed deadlines and performance targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Problem-Solving: Apply initiative and creativity when approaching all tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce and creative retouching is essential.

• High technical proficiency in Photoshop.

• Degree in a visual arts-related field or equivalent proven experience.

• Excellent retouching skills and a strong eye for detail.

• Solid understanding of colour correction techniques.

• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate team members.

• Experience working within a digital photographic studio is highly desirable.

• Self-motivated, positive, and hard-working attitude.
