Junior Editor

We are looking for a tenacious Junior Editor to work in our in-house post-house department, with a proven track record at a luxury/ fashion led agency, production company or post-house. 

Using Adobe Creative Suite, you will be competent in managing media, editing and delivering campaigns that sit across a variety of platforms. You will need to be a confident communicator, with exemplary time-management skills, able to work under pressure and with a passion and interest for the beauty and fashion industry.  

• Edit to a high standard, to create engaging assets for social platforms and TV 

• Undertake animation and motion graphics at a proficient level using After Effects  

• Colour correction using Premier  

• Format and adapt files to various delivery specs (OOH, TVC, Social etc). 

• Deliver assets across multiple platforms including for TikTok, Instagram and TV 

• Mix audio for online in Premier 

• Ingest media, prep files for Davinci Resolve and conforming, with the ability to troubleshoot     technical issues that arise  

• Take Direction from Lead Editor and Senior Producers, meeting deadlines efficiently  

• Work with internal stakeholders delivering projects to a high standard  

• Maintain hard drives and archiving  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience in similar role at a production company, post-house or agency  

• Solid knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite.  

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and After Effects.  

• Knowledge of current social trends  

• Experience of the online process, to be able to work collaboratively with external sound mixing and colour grading studios  

• Have strong attention to detail, be able to QC all assets, have knowledge of various formats and delivery specifications  

• Understand of various camera formats and how to work with raw footage 

• Efficient in Mac and PC
