This role is key in managing ecommerce retouch work for our clients. The role holder would have had experience in a fast paced working environment, and delivering high quality retouched imagery.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retouching & Editing: Perform advanced retouching of high volume of images.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of retouchers.

• Project Management: Oversee the workflow of projects and creative briefs from start to finish.

• Ensuring all images are delivered as per each client’s unique needs.

• Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams and production to ensure delivered imagery aligns with client briefs.

• Accurately following detailed retouching brief.

• Exceed targets and deadlines set.

• Maintain the uniquely high retouching standards of Spring Studios.

• Client Interaction: Daily communication with clients to clarify and complete any ad-hoc requests.

• Apply initiative when approaching all jobs.

EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

• Prior e-commerce and creative retouching experience essential.

• Capable of working under pressure in a fast paced environment, with accuracy.

• High technical proficiency with Photoshop.

• Graduate or similar in a visual arts related degree, or equivalent proven experience.

• Excellent retouching skills.

• Leadership and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of colour correction.

• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and motivate others to achieve within the required time frame.

• Previous experience working within a digital photographic studio.

• A meticulous eye for detail.

• Self-motivated, positive and hard working.
