Maintenance Assistant (London)
Spring Studios are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to join their team. Working in a small team, you will be required to assist with the day to day maintenance requirements across our busy workplace and ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner.
Overview of Duties:
General maintenance and decorating work.
Painting and decorating within the building.
To carry out checks on areas of the buildings as required.
To carry out repairs and maintenance work as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to employees and visitors.
Ensure that all effort is made to repair faults without delay to avoid any inconvenience to employees and visitors.
Ensure that you familiarise yourself with and follow all safety rules and procedures in place.
Required Experience and Certification:
You will have knowledge across all aspects of general maintenances.
You’ll either have previous experience in a similar role or have good DIY knowledge and be able to work without supervision.
Drivers Licence
Plumbing/General building experience would be a bonus.
Hours of Work:
Hours will mainly be 1:00pm to 09:00pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work also available.
