Office Manager (London)

The Office Manager is an organized, proactive, and approachable professional who ensures the smooth operation of our building/ office spaces. As the backbone of the workplace, you support the team and leadership, oversee daily operations, and manage administrative tasks with precision. You create a welcoming, efficient environment while fostering a professional yet friendly atmosphere that reflects our studio’s commitment to excellence. 

Job Responsibilties

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAVEL MANAGEMENT

  • Arrange travel bookings for directors, ensuring seamless logistics. 

OFFICE OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE

  • Be a main point of contact for health & safety queries, working in partnership with HR and building team.  

  • Manage the onsite cleaning team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. 

  • Oversee front-of-house reception duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. 

  • Conduct health and safety (H&S) and DSE assessments. 

  • Perform regular building walk-around and compliance checks. 

  • Handle general office management duties, including space reorganisation and reallocation. 

  • Coordinate office re-management and improvements. 

FACILITIES & SUPPLIES

  • Order and manage kitchen and office supplies. 

  • Ensure workspaces remain tidy and well-organised. 

EVENTS & CULTURE

  • Plan and organise social events to foster a positive work culture. 

  • Arrange office-building tours for new staff or visitors. 

 

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

  • Previous experience in studio or office management, or a similar role. 

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance is a plus. 

  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. 

  • Detail-oriented and adaptable professional.
