Part Time Maintenance Technician (New York)

Spring Studios New York is seeking to hire a part-time Maintenance Technician to support our 150,000 square foot creative and event space. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of building maintenance and repair for our luxury Tribeca facility.

Job Responsibilities

From repainting spaces after an event to providing service to our clients and troubleshooting issues; this role covers a wide variety of maintenance-related tasks and responsibilities including: electrical, plumbing, construction and repairs, painting, HVAC, furniture moving, and daily walkthroughs.

Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, exhibit strong communication skills and posses the ability to manage their time effectively.
