Receptionist
The Spring Receptionist is a professional, personable, and highly organized individual who represents the welcoming face of our dynamic and innovative studio. In this essential role, the Receptionist ensures that every visitor, team member, and client feel valued and experiences seamless support from the moment they arrive. Acting as the first point of contact, you set the tone for a professional, friendly, and inviting environment, embodying the studio’s commitment to exceptional service. Your role will be central to creating a positive atmosphere and maintaining a well-run, customer-focused space.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Visitor Experience
Greet and warmly welcome all visitors, clients, and team members upon arrival.
Assist visitors with any initial inquiries and direct them to the appropriate areas or individuals.
Work with the office manager in looking at ways in which visitor and employee experience can be enhanced.
Parking & Space Coordination
Provide clear instructions on available parking options and guide visitors as needed.
Ensure all spaces are appropriately allocated and accessible.
Parcel Management
Receive and manage parcel deliveries for staff and studio clients, ensuring accurate logging. Take deliveries to the designated storage space / studio (this may change location daily according to studio usage).
Notify the relevant team members promptly for collection.
Sign-In Process
Oversee the sign-in process for all visitors and staff using the studio’s sign-in app.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Building
Conduct professional and engaging tours of the building for new visitors, clients, or staff.
Highlight key studio features and ensure visitors feel comfortable navigating the space.
Work with office and wider building team in ensuring health and safety is upheld in communal spaces.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or customer-facing role is preferred.
Familiarity with managing deliveries and scheduling is a plus.
Flexibility to occasionally assist with additional tasks as needed.
Admin support which may include internal quoting systems. Adequate training will be provided.
Acquired Security and H&S certificate/ training would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Able to work shift pattern of 7am- 4pm daily, with some flexibility based on shoot schedules.
Able to work onsite daily, Monday to Friday.
