Spring Studios is looking to recruit a meticulous and organised sample manager to join our E-commerce production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a fast-paced agency, managing hundreds of samples across the E-commerce workflow. The role works closely with the client daily and is integral to the production team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for the fashion industry.
This role is for someone who can start immediately.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the day to day running of the sample team including allocating daily pull tasks and ensuring targets are hit.
Support production and the client with the management of samples in and out of the building.
Manages the tracking of product through our workflow tool and ensures this is up to date and accurate at all stages
Oversees the arrival of all samples into the building checking them in via the workflow tool using barcode scanners.
Ensures all shoot rails are fully prepped before the shoot day and any missing samples have been flagged to the client and production.
Supports the QC/Production team by flagging any changes to shoot lists or rails during the shoot.
Oversees the management of all shoot/styling samples, ensuring that the correct styling is pulled and kept for forthcoming shoots
Supports production in evolving the workflow with the client to implement best practise ways of working.
Supports the styling team with any ad hoc requests sourcing styling props for shoots.
Oversees the management of weekly sample returns and stocktake.
Supports the production team with monthly administrative tasks.
Maintains a good relationship with the in-house stylists.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Degree level in fashion related subjects is preferred but not essential.
Experience working with Flow or any similar platforms.
Proven experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of sample management processes.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
